If you would like to make any changes or if you need to cancel an order, please let us know before 4PM one business day before your event.

GRATUITY?
Gratuity is always appreciated, but is optional. If you would like to tip your driver in cash upon delivery you are welcome to. You can also call the office to add gratuity to your final invoice or select gratuity on the checkout page online.
DELIVERY WINDOWS?
We ask that all deliveries have someone available to receive the order within our 30-minute delivery window. This ensures the driver will have time to locate the customer and successfully deliver the food on time. We do not recommend selecting a delivery window that abuts your event time as that may not allow sufficient time for set up before your event begins.
ORDER DEADLINE / RESERVING A DATE?
Our cut off for placing new orders is 4pm the business day prior to your event. We will send an email confirmation, as well as a reminder email if your order is placed more than one day before the event date.
Placing same day orders is not typically possible, but if you’re in a pinch, please call our office to determine availability!
We reserve the right to close off ordering for any date that has reached capacity in advance of the above written deadline. To ensure a place in our schedule, we recommend ordering with more notice. We are always happy to create a placeholder slot that can be updated with more details closer to the event date.
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY?
We are closed and unavailable for weekend orders or delivery.
Occasional exceptions may apply for large conference style events ($4k+).
SPECIAL DIETS?
We do our best to accommodate special diets but please be aware that we are not a vegetarian, nut-free or gluten-free kitchen, so there is always a chance of cross-contamination. When placing your order, please inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy.
We do not carry any beef or pork here at Basil Tree; all of our turkey bacon is pork free!
We are not a Halal or Kosher kitchen, however our vegetarian and vegan options may be appropriate for these diets.

Contains Nuts
Food with nuts are labeled and are clearly evident in food when delivered. Our pesto does not contain nuts. However, we are not a nut-free kitchen.
